Depending on the nature of the problem, it may be quicker to seek local assistance from your airline carrier or hotel. However, even if you do - please still contact us and advise us of your situation. If you’ve purchased Covermore Travel Insurance or Allianz Travel Insurance through us, please phone them directly and advise them of your situation.
Depending on your circumstances and if your situation is outside your control this will normally be covered by the airline, ground supplier and/ or insurer.
If your situation requires additional amendments to your booking you may incur additional amendment fees from your selected airline or ground supplier along with our after hours fee of $150 per booking, per hour (we rarely do charge these fees and we absorb this to help our clients out of situations).
